Free fitment check

Send us your VIN and the part you're looking at, and we'll confirm in writing whether it fits your exact car — including the options that catch people out: heated steering, Driving Assistant, N55 vs S55 on the F87 M2, and pre- or post-facelift bodywork.

It costs nothing, it takes us a few minutes, and it is the single best way to avoid a return.

About an existing order

Put your order number in the subject line and we can pull it up immediately. For a damaged or incorrect item, attach photos of both the part and the packaging — that's usually enough for us to resolve it in one reply. Damage claims need to reach us within 7 days of delivery.

Before you email about shipping

Delivery windows differ by part, and every product page states which category that part is in. The Shipping & Fitment page explains how it all works, including what shipping costs by weight. If your tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, that's the point to email us and we'll chase the carrier.
