Shipping & Fitment

Shipping times vary by product

This is the most important thing to understand about ordering from us, so we put it first.

We work with several specialist manufacturers rather than one warehouse. Each of them makes a different set of parts, and each has its own production and dispatch schedule. That means delivery windows differ from item to item. A mirror cap and a made-to-order carbon hood do not take the same amount of time, and no honest shop would tell you otherwise.

Every product page tells you which of the two categories that specific part falls into:

  • Normally in stock — the part is held on a shelf and dispatched once your order is confirmed.
  • Made to order — the part is built for you after you order. These take meaningfully longer. Hoods, fenders, full body kits and some carbon intakes may fall into this category.

If your order contains more than one part, the parts may arrive separately, in more than one delivery. You still pay only one shipping charge for the order — never one per box.

What shipping costs

We charge shipping by the total weight of your order, because that's what it actually costs to move a part. Most of what we sell ships free.

  • Up to 25 lb — Free. Intakes, charge pipes, diffusers, spoilers, splitters, front lips, mirror caps, grilles, engine covers, tail lights.
  • Up to 25 lb — Express, $39. Optional faster air freight on those same smaller parts.
  • 16–35 lb — $99. Side skirts and other large parts that can't travel as a standard parcel.
  • 36–70 lb — $199. Hoods, trunk lids, intercoolers and complete exhaust systems.
  • Over 70 lb — $399. Full body kits and multi-panel orders, delivered by pallet.

The rate is worked out on your whole cart, and you see the exact figure at checkout before you pay. Nothing gets added afterwards.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as each part ships. If your order ships in multiple parcels, you get a tracking number for each one. If you haven't seen tracking and you think you should have, email us and we'll chase it — you should never have to wonder where your order is.

Made-to-order timelines

For made-to-order parts we email you a build and delivery timeline once your order is confirmed, so you know what you're waiting for before you're waiting for it. If the timeline doesn't work for you, tell us and we'll cancel and refund you in full, no questions — as long as the part hasn't already gone into production. We'll always tell you honestly which side of that line your order is on.

Free fitment check — use it

Send us your VIN before you order and we'll confirm the part fits your exact car, including options that catch people out: heated steering, Driving Assistant, engine variant on the F87 M2 (N55 vs S55), and pre- or post-facelift bodywork.

This is free, it takes us a few minutes, and it is the single best way to avoid a return. We would rather answer a question than process a refund.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We're not able to ship internationally.

Returns

Opened products can't be returned for change of mind. Once the packaging is open we can't resell the part, so we can't take it back — which is exactly why the free VIN check above matters. Check the fitment before you order, and if you're unsure, ask us first.

Unopened parts still in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Two things worth knowing before you order: made-to-order parts can't be returned for change of mind at all, because they're built for you and can't be resold, and parts over $500 carry a 15% restocking fee on change-of-mind returns.

None of that applies if something goes wrong on our end. If a part arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, photograph it before you do anything else, send us the photos within 7 days, and we'll replace it or refund you in full. Damage in transit is our problem to solve, not yours. Full detail is in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Installation

We recommend professional installation on everything we sell. Carbon exterior panels need proper alignment, exhausts and downpipes need a lift, and anything involving an airbag should only be handled by someone qualified to do it.

A note on legality

We don't sell catless downpipes or other emissions-defeat devices. Removing a catalytic converter from a road car is a federal Clean Air Act violation, and we're not going to put you in that position.

What we do sell is your responsibility to check. Aftermarket exhaust, downpipe and lighting parts are generally sold for off-road or show use unless they carry a CARB Executive Order or DOT/SAE marking, and we don't claim ours do. Emissions and lighting rules vary by state, and California is stricter than most. If you're unsure whether a part is legal where you drive, ask us before you order and we'll tell you what we actually know.

Questions

Message us. We answer every one, and we'd much rather talk you out of the wrong part than sell it to you.
