Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary by product. Our parts come from a number of specialist manufacturers rather than a single warehouse, so delivery windows differ from item to item. The estimate on each product page is the one that applies to that part — this page explains how the whole thing works.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are not able to ship internationally.
Shipping cost
Shipping is charged by the total weight of your order, because that is what it actually costs us to move. Most of what we sell ships free.
- Up to 25 lb — Free. Intakes, charge pipes, diffusers, spoilers, splitters, front lips, mirror caps, grilles, engine covers, tail lights. This covers the majority of our catalogue.
- Up to 25 lb — Express, $39. Optional faster air freight on the same smaller parts.
- 25–35 lb — $99. Side skirts and other large parts that can't travel as standard parcel.
- 35–70 lb — $199. Hoods, trunk lids, intercoolers and complete exhaust systems.
- Over 70 lb — $399. Full body kits and multi-panel orders, delivered by pallet.
The rate is based on your whole cart, not each item, and you'll see the exact figure at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
Processing time
Orders are confirmed with the manufacturer within 1–3 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your part actually leaves, not when the label is created.
Delivery estimates
- In-stock parts: typically 7–15 business days from order to delivery.
- Made-to-order parts: up to 4 months, because the part is built after you order it. Carbon fiber panels in particular are laid up, cured and clear-coated to order.
- Freight items (hoods, body kits, full exhaust systems) add a few days for the carrier to schedule delivery, and they will call you to arrange it.
These are estimates, not guarantees. We would rather quote you a realistic window and beat it than quote you three days and leave you refreshing a tracking page.
Orders with several parts arrive separately
If your order contains parts from different manufacturers, they ship separately and will arrive on different days, each with its own tracking number. You pay one shipping charge for the order, never one per box. If one item is made-to-order and another is in stock, we don't hold the in-stock item back — it ships as soon as it's ready.
Why delivery times vary
Many of our parts, especially carbon fiber panels, are built to order by specialist manufacturers rather than pulled off a shelf. That takes longer than grabbing a box from a warehouse, so each product page shows the real delivery window for that part, and we quote it honestly before you pay.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed the moment a part ships. A package can sit without a scan for several days while it moves between carriers — that's normal and doesn't mean it's lost. If tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, email us and we'll chase it.
Inspect your delivery
Open every box the day it arrives, even if you're not installing for weeks. Large carbon panels are the most freight-damage-prone thing we sell, and carriers put a time limit on damage claims. Photograph anything that looks crushed, torn or wet before you unpack it. Opening a box to check it for damage never affects your cover — that inspection is exactly what we're asking you to do.
If a part arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the part and the packaging. We'll replace it or refund you in full, and in most cases you won't need to ship anything back. Full detail is in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Freight deliveries: hoods and other large panels
Large parts like hoods arrive by freight truck, and freight damage claims have strict rules. Please follow these steps, or a damage claim may not be possible:
- Open and inspect the part before the driver leaves. Don't wait until later.
- Record a video as you open it, from the sealed box to the part fully unpacked. Show every side of the part.
- If anything is damaged, write "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt before you sign, with a few words about what you see. Keep a photo of the signed receipt.
Then email us within 7 days with your order number, the video and a photo of the delivery receipt. Once the carrier has driven away and the receipt is signed clean, the shipping insurance will not pay for damage found later, so these steps protect you as much as us.
Address accuracy
Check your shipping address at checkout carefully. We can change it for free if the order hasn't shipped — email us straight away. Once a part is in transit, a redelivery to a corrected address is chargeable by the carrier, and we can't refund an order delivered to an address you entered incorrectly.
We can't ship to PO boxes for freight items. A residential address works fine for everything.
Delays outside our control
Weather, customs clearance, carrier backlogs and port congestion happen. When they do we'll tell you what we know rather than go quiet. If your order passes the estimated window with no movement, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
